Paula went WAY beyond the call of duty to help us sell our home. She suggested some things we could do to improve the appearance and marketability of the home and helped us find contractors that could do the work. We were under a deadline and had to move out of state before the house was ready to put on the market. Paula jumped in and handled the tasks we would normally have taken care of ourselves: following up numerous times on contractors and their job progress, finding a housekeeper to take care of final cleaning before the showing, letting contractors in, staging the house, etc. When the inspection turned up some additional electrical upgrades that were needed, she helped find an electrician who could do the job on short notice and made sure we got the necessary documentation to satisfy the lenders and buyers requirements. Throughout the process, Paula worked tirelessly to make sure everything was handled correctly and on time for a very tight closing schedule. The result of her efforts is that our house went under contract 3 days after it went on the market, and sold for our full asking price.
